I am trying to figure out why my motd.txt isnt working properly. It isnt working on any of my servers. I have 3. I can not see it nor can any of my admins.
Things I have tried are just putting my URL
http://chillgamers.tk/index.php?thre...rver-rules.14/ into the motd.txt file. This did not work.
I also tried this:

Neither of these work. The MOTD window never appears.
