i dont have any debug files cause i cleaned my plugin from errors so right now i dont have any logs
so what should i do?

Umm see

u must install

1-fix autobuy bug
2-antidl file

and put these cvars to protect ur server from rcon attacks
sv_rcon_banpenalty 120
sv_rcon_maxfailures 3
sv_rcon_minfailures 1
sv_rcon_minfailuretime 60

and check ur server plugins and maps

some noob plugins cause crash
and some noob maps cause a crash also

and when some 1 stuck he cuz a high pings that cuz a crash

Best protection from RCON attacks - it's empty rcon_password or very difficult one, like YdhTg1ndEF48q. And avoid using plugins without opened (verified) sources.

i think i know what else maybe crashing my server...
im using "jailbreak gang system" and i have a problem with it,
when you use transfer leadership from the menu,
it use a command "arraygetarray" and more stuff with array
and when you use "tranfer leadership" it make a huge lag...
i dont know if it only to gang members or to the whole server...
so what you say?
