Ya this is where I'm lost as I have no real idea where to put the CPrintToChat into the code, I've tried a LOT of different places and it will either make the text not show up at all or make no changes to the text. I'm still trying and messing around though... Any information would be appreciated.

Actually here's an example of one thing I tried here...

One of the things I have tried and am still messing with is the bolded text above, towards the bottom of the code. I replaced the bolded ShowActivity2 with CPrintToChat and what it did was made the text from the translation file not show up period, HOWEVER the [SM] prefix showed up in chat...

Now I know that I can put the text that I want to show up right into the bolded ShowActivity2 line (replaced with CPrintToChat), set it green shouldn't have any issue, however the reason I need to have it load out the translation file is because it updates the person's name of whom I slayed into the text as a kind of gotcha put you in your place for not listening thing... I'm just at a loss of where to put the CPrintToChat in the code to make it work like that.

u is a snika .. Format() the text then use CPrintToChat to replace that ShowActivity2. In all the code you posted, you never used a CPrintToChat, PrintToChat() or any color code. Kinda hard to see what your doing wrong when your not doing ANYTHING.

paradoxie use a plugin like simple chat colors.

Yeah I'm trying to compile it myself I changed all the Printtochat to CPrinttoChat on the .sp file added the colors.inc scripting/included folder you see the .sp I tried to compile had colors.inc in the included folder .sp file in the scripting folder ran the compile.exe used the color {RED} nothing worked.

Comments, Ideas?

You can't use web-compiler for this. Use one that comes in sourcemod package, it placed in the sourcemod/scripting and named compile.exe.

I compiled it changing PRINTTOCHAT to CPRINTTOCHAT, got the .smx installed both .sp(which I added <include> colors) and the new .smx still would show up as {RED} any ideas?

Sorry if i missed some posts above, but after approximately 6 pages stoped reading, anyway here is the question:

Is there any way of adding more colors for the chat? The sourcemod command sm_tsay supports white, red, green, blue, yellow, purple, cyan, orange, pink, olive, lime, violet, lightblue. So is it possible to make the chat for example purple? (Talking about CS:S)
