Well i play on a -insecure listen server so everytime i run a arena map or a vsh map or other maps that had arena logic placed in hammer will lag

FF2 is not designed to play on maps without arena logic so it will cause issues.

The problem would have been fixed by now If you have provided us with enough information about your issue. Send the error logs, the content of seeman.cfg and seedier.cfg. Also the FF2 cvar values.

And i cant find the error logs and cvar

Ok the real reason why is because listen servers don't do well with ff2
I plan to have a ff2 server
