[CS:GO] Server '[NET] Cannot send -byte packet' messages - Why?

Hello,

I just started to notice those messages appearing in the console of my server.

Code:

[NET] Cannot send 3749-byte packet to 51.79.45.167:1151.  MTU is 1200.  ff ff ff ff 45
[NET] Cannot send 3749-byte packet to 89.108.103.194:35039.  MTU is 1200.  ff ff ff ff 45

What are those about and Why I keep getting them?
The server is empty.

I kept searching but didn't found anything helpful.
