[REQ] Stop restarting round for no reason?

Hello, i made this because i have a problem:
sometimes there is somebody which is disconnecting and there remains one player alive and than nothing, i slay him for the next round to begin. and after that round appears game commencing and everyhing restarts. Why? How can i stop this? I don't want to block it, i want to fix it, i don't need an infinite round (as i saw by searching fix to this problem).

Then install the infinite rounds plugin.

imo, it seems to be logical, nothing to "fix".
