[CSGO] ERROR! Failed to request AppInfo update, not online or not logged in to Steam.

I tried csgo srcds in my ubuntu 10.04 (linux)
but. I got error

ERROR! Failed to request AppInfo update, not online or not logged in to Steam.

I already login in my steamcmd
and If I tried again login. steamcmd is stop. (not working. just
Logging in user 'cjs*****' to Steam Public..)

What's this? I can't install because of this.

I sloved this problem I don't know how to solve this but, Now I can install.
and I completed install srcds but I can't find kind of srcds_linux...just
csgo , bin, platform , and thirdpartylegalnotices.doc file.
(I am installed my new srcds for cs.go one more.30%)

I don't know exactly solution. but I just change srcds permission for install.
