After the latest half life update the game is lagging so EFFIN much! its not causing troubles playing the game i can still aim perfectly fine but when im walking the whole thing just shake and laggs and its ruining the whole gameplay experience for me any clue how i can fix this? btw it happens on all the servers i play.

Verified the game cache and now works fine.

What did you do? i tried to reinstall the game same problem. my computer is more than good enough to play this in max quality.
