hello everyone, ive been reading all the threads and tried everything that was suggested but nothing seems to fix my servers problems. i run a few gungame and a few zombie servers around the US/EU. since the update a few days ago all my servers have been down. when the server is started and you join it wont let you join a team or chat. its almost as the server freezes but doesnt crash. you cant join a team, you cant chat but you can look at the score and bring console up and thats it...

any suggestions/fix for this specific problem please let me know...

nevermind i fixed it, apparently i had something goofed up in the server.cfg file.

Why can't they rollout an update to Conter-Strike: Source Beta and then invite the EventScripts and SourceMod teams to check and fix any issues that the new update has there? Give them 7 days and then the final rollout to CS:S occurs.

Did they even test previous-update on Beta version, if they did then why they didn't see problem on then... ?

Yeah the worse thing is that everytime there is a TF2 Update that includes an engine update, then the update is applied to all the games that run on the same engine such as CSS etc. This 5/5/2011 update that broke CSS and caused it to crash on suicide was actually a TF2 update that updated the engine.

All we seem to do these days is update and fix Servers. It gets very frustrating at times.
