Some of the Hunger games maps are pretty huge (this is for CS:GO), hg_afganistan especially fits your description.

What about roleplay maps? There are some rp maps for csgo available and most of them are very big.

Well it's not really on sourcemod forum you will find the map you are looking for, try steam workshop or map websites for that.
