Is there a way to create a menu of selectable items without numbering them?

SM automatically numbers selectable items so the user knows which button to press. The 'slot' binds are assumed to be on the number keys. Why don't you want to number them?

You could theoretically write your own menu system using panels, but that would be a giant hassle.

Make a panel and use ITEMDTAW_RAWLINE.

Then I can not select the items.
I want them to be selectable. For example when a player presses 1, he gets a new menu with information about the player he select

I thought most players know that they have to press 1,2,3,4 and so on in a menu.
But when i think about maybe new players donīt know.

Howerver it still sucks if i open the menu and the second site of the menu looks like this

If you set panel buttons you can. I'll give you an example later.

With a panel you can do almost what you want to, however it will be mich harder to setup and use. Also if you need pagination, you'll have to handle it yourself.

I have an API that does this but it's not really meant to be shared (not commented, shitty code and such)
