Autoadmin.sma Plugin request

i looked at all 52 pages of the approved plugins here on this site and there is not one plugin that does what im asking for here.

it would be great to have a plugin that would deal with an asshat automatically without the need of an admin.

what this plugin needs is the following,
#1: this plugin should work for all mods or at least DOD & CS.

#2:it should read what the offending player says in either say or team say.

#3:then check a txt file to match the text and if that text is offensive.

#4:then document that players steamID,warn the player (saying that the word is offensive",slap the player with 80% hp & gag him for 5 minutes.

#5:then on the 2nd violation, do the above exept slay the player and gag for 20 minutes.

#6:Upon the 3rd violation temp ban the player for 24 hours and in there console it should say "you have been temp banned for 24 hours & upon your next violation, you will be perma banned.

Then the plugin should keep track of that players steamID and if they come back and violate the rules again, it should temp ban them for another 24 hours. if you guys think this would stress out the server then do not add this feature.

It would have to have admin immunity.

Another thing that would be good is when the player gets kicked or temp banned they would see in there console the URL of the web site to post a request for unbanning and also the URL for that clans server rules thread.

I been posting in forums for over ten years and 99% of the time, if a post moves further then the first 2 pages after 55 views and no responses, it most likely will not be responded too. this is not a bump, im just responding to your post banana.

that link seems to be bad.

besides there is no other plugin that does what im requseting.
I looked at every plugin on all 52 pages of this site that said anything about swear filter or punishment or anything relating to dealing with asshats or server managment. i'm no coder but based on using many of the plugins that some very talented coders from this site have created, it shouldn't be to hard make this plugin. this is a plugin that is really needed for a huge amount of servers covering all mods.

it simply reads a bannedwords.txt file and gags both say and voice for the offending user for 5 minutes. then the punishments get worse for recurring offenses. it's too bad there isn't a way to do it to players that use voice to insult admins and have the plugin react to that.
