It client side, esea servers are not vac protected, they got their own anti-cheats CLIENT which is 100x better than VAC and they do modding client side alots.

Well for now I found we can just use javascript to open a popup window and it will look like this.

I think he is asking for the actual code.

I haven't toyed with it but I assume your just directing the showvguipanel info screen to a webpage with a javascript function that forces the window to top?
