How to put a map with time and not rounds

Hello, I want to know, how can I put my server map, with time and not rounds? Like when I do timeleft show me 55 rounds left, but I want something like 20 minutes or something like that! How can I change the time map? Switch between rounds and time

FCVAR_GAMEDLL FCVAR_NOTIFY FCVAR_REPLICATED FCVAR_RELEASE 
- game time per map in minutes

Add mp_timelimit 20 in your override config file.
ex. ...cfg/gamemode_casual_server.cfg or what ever game mode you are using.
