I watched a love story once and was about to vomit when at the end the couple both got up and walked away into the sunset and you could see a spot of blood on the guys arse staining his jeans. It was then that I knew he was going to die of something horrible and I slept like a baby.

It was called something like
"we were really, really, ecstatically happy knowing it will last forever until he bled from the arse"

Don't want to spoil it for you, but the 3D effects are very poor. Sometimes it happens that you feel like blood is hitting your head, but it really doesn't go beyond that.
