Only if you use {TEAM} and {LIGHTGREEN} in the same advertisement, which the first post states does not work.

I am not using {TEAM} in any of my advertisements.

The only ones I am using are {GREEN}, {LIGHTGREEN} and {DEFAULT} and only under S/Say

Also, the Top message colors are broken. They show up as: {LIME}<advertisement>

Which flag is the one where everyone can see it? I only know "a" in which everyone but admins see it. Apparently it doesn't show up for me, but for my players.

Using flags don't work.
If i give a advert a flag "a" or "z", also normal user can see the advert.

And the colors don't work.

I have test it all on my TF2 Servers. If you don't have the possibility, to test it, we can meet us on weekend on one of my server and i show you the config for flags and colors live on server. For reachability, server stands in germany.
