You are both running Counter-strike (not CZ) are you?

Proxounet: Make sure you have misc/killChicken.wav, models/chick.mdl and models/feather.mdl in your server.
When the chicken explods you hear the misc/killChicken.wav (BLAAERGH!) and the chicken model itself is models/chick.mdl and the feathers that spray is "models/feather.mdl". I guess these can be inside a GCF file but if you have a normal cs_italy map working on your server this shouldn't be the problem.
