I've always wanted something like this in CSS and didn't think it was possible yet I found a way.

-Added Support for HL2DM (UNTESTED!)
-sm_ragspec_reset_time default now 4 (Seeing if it will stop the weird crashing)

-Added CVar for the time it takes for your view to move to specate
CVARS:- sm_ragspec_reset_time
- How long it takes to reset your view in seconds
- Default: 4 (0 disables the view reset unless you spawn)
Bugs:- In CSS only two of the CTs have the attachment necessary for the view to work properly (GIGN and Urban I think) Nothing I can really do to fix this yet.
- Getting killed by the bomb doesn't trigger it.
- Looks like this won't work on the infected in L4D because of lack of necessary attachments.
- Doesn't work in TF2 for some odd unknown reason..
