StatsmeMinimum now supports also DOD-Source.

- removed Victims-Stats from Damage-Menu
- Added logic for Headshot-Recognition on Player Death
- Add Log-Entries for Flag-Captures( Old-Style Format) like

The latest news i got in my forum is, that its working good in DOD-Source without any problems.
I think thats good news
