I downloaded it but it's an SMA file shouldnt it be .amxx? or it doesnt make difference?

NO! It must be a .amxx a .sma is the written code before its made into a plugin/plugin format.

You must compile it yourself! To make it a .amxx.

You can compile it here (the amx website). It has a free compiler if you do not have a program for it.

Well everything's working fine for me but except 2 problems, I have installed c4man with fun ( http://forums.alliedmods.net/showthread.php?p=811697 ), in this plugin, when you hold the c4 u turn invisible, so the thing when I buy Invisible item from shop, hold the c4, then switch back to a weapon, the invisibility I bought is gone, is there anything I can do to fix that ? Also the second problem, When I buy CT skin or T skin, it doesnt change, I still T if I was T ... can you guys help me with that ? thanks in advance.
