[REQ/Search] Plugin for Block respawn sounds (silent respawn)

I want to block respawn sound and sound of wearing equip/weapon.
"Silent respawn" for Deathmatch server.

I search a lot of many forums and I Cant find.
Someone knows - This plugin is already created?

If NO, please make this plugin. Not only for Me - for All people.
I think it's good idea for DM servers.
