Server won't work after Steam Update

So i saw there was an update for csgo, so i steam updated my server. Started it and this message pops up,

MasterRequestRestart
Your server is out of date.  Please update and restart.

Could this be a server hoster issue?

Trying updating it like 4 times now still the same.

Sounds like they checked for one and not the other, x64 or x86. Either way, you start should looking for a new host.

Streamline is a great host.

Btw: u need x86, they prob installed 64
