Hi,

How can i define how many sentry guns each engineer can build?
I've searched the forums for a long time now with no success whatsoever.

Have you seen something, somewhere, that gave someone more than one sentry?

This is defined by MaxObjects in tf/scripts/objects.txt. If you want for example admins to be able to build more buildings than regular players you can use TF2 Build Restrictions.

Extract objects.txt from your team fortress 2 gcf file, it is located in tf/scripts/

Then make a folder in your dedicated server called scripts, place objects.txt there and open up objects.txt.

Search for: MaxObjects under the OBJ_SENTRYGUN, the higher number, the more you will be able to build sentries. After you've built your first sentrygun, you will have to enter build 3 in to console because you've hit the limit with your pda, so i suggest binding build 3 to a key.
