is there a reason why you set this to 90 here ("sm_vbping_mintime "90")? As I understand it, the person is only checked after a playing time of 90 min, before that, if he has not reached this time, no check will be done.

I'm not msleeper, but I can answer. That's because ~ 60-90 sec starting time is a max delay where client could be in process of downloading some data and pre-load the map. In this stage client's ping is a subject for constant jumping due to above actions.

Plugin is updated to be max performance optimized:
