I was able to install and use it normally, it's working correctly, but when I type "!rtv" it doesn't work, it only works when I type "rtv". Some other commands have the same problem, they work with the prefix "!" and others without the prefix, I would like to leave all plugins with the prefix "!" be more organized

That plugin is unusual because it listens to chat for someone to begin their chat with rtv or rockthevote.

If you wanted to change that behavior you could change line 283 in the source code.
