Hello,
I found this https://forums.alliedmods.net/showthread.php?t=258670 when I was looking for a way to increase the Precache Table limit. And the guy said he knows way to compact the vmt and vtf , so I am asking how to do it

or how to increase the Precache Table limit.

It's not possible. Even if you were able to hack a higher limit on the server, the client would still be limited and thus wouldn't have the materials precached.
