umm guys i have a problem with gFlip 1.2 says

What's wrong... something like 2 months ago was working successfully..

Why are the textures all black when I compile?
And also The model is facing the wrong way for origin. How to rotate?

Did you read the tutorial? You need to realllign the textures... And in your QC file you need to put rotate -90 after each sequence...
