Hello folks,

I'm running a cs 1.6 server. What I want that my server shouldn't be added to Favourites tab and History tab. I don't want to reveal my server's IP address. How do I do it using metamod ?

I dont think its possible to hide the server ip

Even if you did get it to work players could just join your server and type status to get the server ip

It's actually possible. You know when u get banned by the server I mean by using addip command u wont able to see the server in the list.
I have successfully displayed LAN ip in status command.

That isn't true. If you get ip banned that server will still stay in your favorites. All of this violates valve's policy of truth AFAIK, so it won't be supported here.

"Start"-->"cmd"--->ping "my-dns-name-to-hide-my-ip"---> and now you know the IP again.
You simply CANNOT prevent someone to know your IP if you host a server on it. Especially if users should be able to connect to it. Noone can connect to your LAN-IP if he is not in your LAN. So whatever you are trying to do with this: forget about it.

That makes zero sense. Why would you even try to prevent someone knowing the IP address of a gameserver?
As Mordekay already stated, it is also not possible in that way you want it, maybe you could use a VPN or something similar to have another IP to redirect the traffic to your server without exposing your server's IP address. (e.g. Cloudflare).
