one question is it possible to add my own maps on the end of map vote?.

This is not a plugin release, please be aware of the section you are posting in.

I've gone ahead and moved this out for you.

Yes, by adding those maps in mapcycle.txt

Try putting them in maplist.txt as well.

Since this is CS:GO, doesn't it have to be in the current mapgroup in gamemodes_server.txt ?
