When you download custom maps it's blank, anyone know how to change it?

Either you dont' have map groups specified in your command at launch or your map group is off. Check that first.

my map groups work, the server works fine i'm pretty sure it doesn't work without correct map groups
*just speculating since the server doesn't allow us to use custom maps if they aren't in the mapgroups files

although i'm still getting a blank screen...

You've to make swf's for all custom maps on your server, and use this plugin to force download them. But there is one problem, it doesn't show up when somebody first time loads map(is downloading it), because it is downloaded after map file.
