If you want to replace the sniper, just create a vpk with the Boss model in models/player/sniper folder, and name it "sniper.mdl", and name all the other files included next to the model "sniper" with their file extensions. Then throw the materials in the default area included in this pack. After that, pack it as a vpk and place the vpk in the "custom" folder, then launch TF2. You my have to change maps a few times, but it should replace sniper.

Tell me if I'm wrong because I had to poop really bad while I was typing this and rushed through it.
