- You don't need to return something in change(). Just 'return' is enough for the 2 first and you can remove the last.
- Use charsmax() instead of sizeof - 1.
- Don't use equali but equal, you want to detect any change.
- I don't understand much why you check [%s] ? Sounds pointless because won't happen.
- In client_infochanged country should retrieve after the first check. More generally make sure to create variables/using native only when needed and not put all at the start of functions. Make your code smarter.
