I am using the one from the first post. That's probably it. I'll update with the other one, clear my cookies and try again. Thanks again for your help maxis.

The one in the first page works the same way its just need renaming of files. Which is done on Maxis's. Thats all it to it. If your using IE buttons such as gag and such wont work. Its apparently works great on Firefox. Dunno about any other browsers out there.

Okay my final problem is that I see this error message in my servers consol:

[sm_rename.smx] Database failure: [2005]: Unknown MySQL server host 'myname.powwebmysql.com'So people that get gagged are not being uploaded to the mysql database.

I have verified that the information in my sourcemod/configs/databases.cfg is correct for the comms portion. (Pasted below with incorrect log/pass)

"commsdb"
{
"driver" "mysql"
"host" "myname.powwebmysql.com"
"database" "345ksdfhjk"
"user" "bgzsilence"
"pass" "t2esdsfs33"
//"timeout" "0"
"port" "3306"
}

Also when I look at my error logs, I see this:

If it's not recognising your current DB host that could be one off the following

1. Your details are incorrect (I know those are fake) so double check them for even a 1 character mistake
2. Your MySQL host could be blocking the external connections (happened to me at first), you could try switching to FreeMySQL.net as I know they allow connections from TF2 Game servers since that's where I'm storing my mutes, gags and renames

Seems to be working now that I used the other mysql provider. I'll know for certain once the db updates.

On the next version can you make the sm_mute command and most of the admin commands that are under slay be assigned to the chat flag instead. Thats what SM uses for the same commands.

Easy enough to do

I've attached a copy of both plugin's that uses the chat flag for all commands

I was just suggesting it for the official release. I edited it already but thanks.
