Glancing over that, it will have these bugs:

• Gloves won't attach sometimes OnPlayerSpawn
• Gloves not viewable in third person/if another player spectates a player with gloves
• Gun strippers will often remove the gloves

I've fixed the first bug in my version but still working on the others (particularly #2).
To fix the first bug, use OnPlayerSpawn to call a callback 20 frames later to give gloves:

So for #2: I think I need a way to set 'm_iWorldModelIndex' to the gloves worlds models (e.g. "models/weapons/w_models/arms/w_glove_bloodhound.mdl") but I can't seem to figure out a way to do that yet.

This is just advertising a glove plugin. If you were wanting to stay on topic you would have posted the methods to hide the new arms models so other users can use the zombie arms. We're not after that sketchy crap with the new glove skins.
