Basically my problem is;

- When I try to Install SourceMod It doesn't do anything, I have done everything correctly but when
I type "sm" it says unknown command I use steamcmd gui, installed steamcmd Made steamcmd folder and made a server folder done app_update 740 validate and others still It' doesn't work.

You need to install metamod too.
Make sure you are downloading it for the correct operating system and move it to the right directory.

If you don't have any errors, you didn't install it properly. Try to follow this tutorial
