i have capture a pictue for a plugin

that's im searching for it long time ago

and i dont know if its realese or no

but if its not

plz some 1 do it

and i think its need 2 cvar
1- after how many second passed of joining the server massge appear
2- how many second keep the massage appear

also when its appear its written letter by letter

Use this one, it's close to what you want. Maybe even better.

It has those 2 cvars lol
1. rules_interval - interval between automatic rules display
2. rules_join_timeout - delay to show rules when joining to the server

And they are using this Plugin, they just edited it.
