If messagemode is the issue (should be pretty easy to test it, no idea why you haven't...) you could just use regular chat but only enable it whenever your donation menu is open.

It's not donation menu, it's new idea i tried to make plugin for give/set/take money from players without using "say, say_team, console" just open menu and follow steps and i did it but what you gave me is new style, you want me remove msg mod and use something diffrent like select from random amount that are already found in plugin but if i want to give/set/take different amount than i have to use the menu many time, it's bad idea

My point was not to use my plugin but to adapt yours using normal chat instead of messagemode. Making menus that can navigate differently is really not that hard. YOU as a programmer decide when the menu is closed or not.

I know what you was mean but i dont like this idea like calling menu handler many time and as i know and as Bugsy told me:

While that is technically true, some people tend to go over the top with it. Calling a menu a few times is not something that will affect performance in any significant way. Generally, you only need to consider it in function that are called every time step (like prethink) or in for and while loops that require a lot (and I mean a lot) of iterations.
