Seems like this plugin doesnt play nice with source tv... Server doesnt start correctly, and neither does stv.

Is this still the best thing out for securing source servers?

I'm no longer interested in maintaining this plugin, but it will still be available if you want to use it.

No, it doesn't have the networking protection.
It was designed to complement ServerSecure on Linux, which is missing the file stuff.

What "network protection" does this VSP offer compared to DAF when you run Linux?

How do you understand if this plugin is loaded?
I've checked meta list, but there's nothing there.
When trying to load it manually with meta load, I get :
Code:
Failed to load plugin addons/serverplugin_serversecure2 (Failed to get API)

This plugin doesn't get added to META MOD, it is a Valve Server Plugin (VSP). Therefore it plugs directly into the server and not a 3rd party mod like Meta MOD.

Place .dll or .so and the VDF files in the /addons/ folder, restart your server and it should then work.

We are trying to verify how to tell if this plugin is working or not. We assume it is at this point but who is to say without a command to run to verify?

Anyone?

Clients CSS can not enter:
Quote:
Validating app ticket..
Protocol mismatch
Auth ticket did not pass local validation: xx.xx.xx.xx
Will be corrected version, with the latest updates Valve Engine?
