you have antiflood.smx in your plugins folder?

it seems a chat problem in game not a console problem. Are you using a plugin that need friendly fire on?

I think they use: bind p ff, or something similar.

Command ff (in chat, not in the console) continues to run and spam in chat. I disabled the plugin (basetriggers). In the absence of admins to affect the sending of spam in the chat cannot.

If you set sm_trigger_show 0 in the cfg/sourcemod/sourcemod.cfg only the player typing in ff, nextmap or currentmap will be able to see it. I would recommend setting it to 0.

You can also add "ff" to the overrides to disallow the usage for players without a specific flag. Like this:

latest 1.7 SM auto sets sm_trigger_show to 0 now

Last I checked the devs had that corrected in the newer SM builds. You shouldn't have to change any settings as they shouldn't be able to do that.
