but..... dont work cvar to server..... I like when do you use the shield for 60 seconds .... and recharges again

I have a hard time understanding your problem, are you trying to use time-based or charge-based recharging of the shield?

time-based ....... i am used medic shield time-based 60 seconds ..... is to make it work on the button "r" and 60 seconds in time to use?

Setting the time it needs to recharge to 60 means that, after the shield is gone, it needs 60 seconds to be usable again
