I have banned 4 players permanently with the same IP. In sourcebans, I've made sure to have their IP included. Yet, the player keeps joining back on alts with the same IP. any ideas?

do banip instead, it won't even let them ping your server.

You can also edit the ban to an IP ban on the web panel.

I do have an IP added to the ban on the web panel. Does the "server ID" in the config matter?

If the server ID in the config is wrong, Sourcebans wont work on that server. Then again, if the ID is wrong, then adminrights and stuff wont work on the server...

That does not mean anything. The Ban Type has to be set to IP Address.

/banip in chat or sm_banip in console. It accepts player names, userids and IP addresses.
