[L4D2] Server crash help

Hi all. Currently running a 10v10 L4D2 Versus Server on Linux. Sourcemod and Metamod (1.10). Been getting crashes on mapchange or changelevel. Crashes seems random, sometimes after a few hours but so far the longest the server has gone without a crash is 2 days.

I've installed Accelerator for crash report, here is what is found in accelerator.log:

I have updated the left4downtown.ext.2.l4d2.so (from left4downtown2-v0.5.4.2.zip) file, but I still get the crashes so I am not sure what could be the problem. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

P.S. For some reason I can't copy text from the terminal, so I can't show the output of "sm plugins list". If it is necessary, I will manually type it out.

mmm sounds like a plugin issue at map change, if you have any map saver or something like that check it

Thanks for the reply. Hmmm...The closest I have to that would be Automatic Campaign Switcher (ACS), but I guess I'll update my ACS to this instead and see how it goes first.

Also just noticed my incapped crawling plugin is heavily outdated haha so I'll update that too, will check back in 2 days to see if there is any crashes.

From the crash log looks like someone got kicked which caused the crash later.
Can't tell you the cause of why. linux-gate.so!__kernel_vsyscall ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Oh this narrows it down to
Custom Votes v0.5.6 (1/07), I guess I'll remove it and replace it with Custom Votes Redux (v1.7 - 4/13/14).

I'll come back again, hopefully to report that there has been no more crashes. Thanks for your help btw.

djfklsdjf another crash, this time I didn't even run any plugins that could votekick anyone (I decided against Custom Votes Redux because it seemed buggy). I'm at wit's end now.

A common pattern I notice though is that if there hasn't been players joining through matchmaking for awhile, the next map change is almost always a crash.

Does your PointSystem say this when you try to buy a SI " [PS] Must be alive to buy!" ? If no could you help me fix mine. I can't find anything!
