You have many options:

• Quit bitching and add it in yourself
• Kill the blocking player
• Learn to boost
• Deal with the game's mechanics
• Play on a different map

You don't have to come requesting something just for your server that would change the gameplay for everyone. Many people find blocking to be an essential part of the mod, as it incorporates strategy as well.

Obviously the whole game is about winning by going to the end of the map, by triggering the entity. You are supposed to kill other players to achieve your WIN.
