I have a request for you guys

I need a plugin that does the same job as https://forums.alliedmods.net/showthread.php?t=43979
But for admins only, which means a weapon skin replacement for admins.
Any kind of help would be appreciated.

Here you have it, also it uses a new file called "new_weapons_admin.ini" so you can have the "new_weapons.ini" that is for users and the other one for admins
