There is one small bug in addon_dodtms_antivcmds.sp regarding voice_cover.

It's listed twice here:

Removing that as well as setting #define MAXVOICECMDS from 37 to 36 lets it recompile correctly and again allows use of the voice_cover command.

Downloadlink is broken and Plugin is not working for years now

We have been using this plugin on our DoD:S servers for YEARS now and have not encountered 1 error in our logs from it. I also have the 1.2 version of TMS Base, High Ping Kicker, Secret Spectate and TK Revenge so that might be why i get no issues.
