hmm.. I have compiled it with the attached file, compilation successful, loaded on the server, but there isn't a question, if I want to change my language../lang doesnt work for me also

I am getting an error too. When I joined my server it didn't ask me anything on first spawn, I can't see any menu to select a language. Is this because I am from Canada and mine is already set to english? /lang works for me and says I am set to english.
