Hey I tryed this in my HL2DM server and nothing ? maybe the last update killed it but would like to see this fixed if it can ....

Instead of reloading the Config file by reloading the plugin why don't you use

AutoExecConfig(true, "KillerConfig");

Again which would also check if the config is not there and regenerate it. as well poses a less chance of an error / bug if the user renames the plugin name.

As well I think the way you obtained the players entity index is poorly done since there is a native function called FindTarget() that can be used to achieve the same goal significantly quicker (fewer lines)
