Forum Stuff:

*VIP System Page. Players pay for vip by buying codes via sms and writing them into "boxes" then pressing continue. how many codes and costs will vary from country to country, this will work with allopass/paygol or similar. It will have amxx>php communication. if they succeed in buying vip, the server will write steamid (etc) in users.ini and remove them after 1 month.
