another suggestion, because having to maintain two seperate plugins doing the same thing is inconvenient: add a cvar to enable/disable the adminmenu part.

Suggestion:
Make it not print "[SM] Toggled powerplay on X" to chat.

It's properly using the ShowActivity2 function which looks at your sm_show_activity setting to choose whom to display or not display it to.

Great plugin, is there anyway it could be modified so all players could write !powerplay and get it for a certain time, but only allowed say 3 powerplays per game (amd maybe the server could adjust the time and amount of powerplays in the cfg) ?
