The 1.76 Changelog is beginning to take shape, so the trunk source tree is now locked for features.

We will not be adding in any more feature requests as of today. Although you can still request them we will not be adding any more to the mainline until after 1.76. We will continue to address both old and new bugs for the next week or two, and then lock this release for anything but blocking bugs.

You can always continue to file bug reports or request features. Locking the source tree simply means we won't attempt to implement them until later.
